The 2016 Julian Y. Bernstein Distinguished Service Awards will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2 at the JCC of Harrison. Paul Warhit, president of the council, said the ceremony is an opportunity to honor a special group of people who make their own communities stronger through volunteerism and dedication.
