Two Cortlandt Manor teenagers are facing criminal mischief charges after Putnam County Sheriff's deputies connected them to recent spray-painted graffiti on an Indian Brook Road bridge. John D. Darling, 18, and Kevin L. Dyckman, 17, were both held at the Putnam County Correctional Facility pending arraignment, according to sheriff's deputies.
