Miro A. Pascale, a 30-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, has been charged with driving while intoxicated after he allegedly fell asleep in his car on the Taconic State Parkway on Monday, according to New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks. Police said troopers patrolling the parkway in the area of Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park observed a Jeep stopped in the middle lane.
