Teen Girl Caught Using Credit Card Stolen From Yorktown Home, Police Say

An investigation by Yorktown police into a stolen credit card led to the arrest of a Westchester teenager who surrendered herself into custody this week. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a local residence at approximately 7:10 p.m. on April 15, where there was a report of a larceny from the home, when the 18-year-old suspect from Cortlandt Manor - whose name is not being released due to her potential status as a juvenile - allegedly stole a credit card.

Employee Charged With Stealing $14.6K From Northern Westchester Auto Dealer

An employee of Curry Honda in Yorktown Heights was arrested after being caught stealing more than $14,000 from the auto dealership, police said. Thomas Rubino, 61, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged Tuesday with felony grand larceny following an investigation into the theft of $14,623.48 from the business at 3845 Crompond Road, according to the Yorktown Police Department.
