The new building in the Freedom Gardens for the Handicapped residential complex at 1680 Strawberry Road, Mohegan Lake, has been dedicated to the memory of the late Gary Kleiber of Cortlandt Manor, who served on the organization's board of directors for many years and spearheaded the construction of the new facility.
