CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. The Kathleen F. Marks Memorial Foundation's third annual Halloween Masquerade Ball in Cortlandt Manor raised more than $1,500 for children's cancer research. The formal event, held in October at the Mansion at Colonial Terrace in Cortlandt Manor, took its guests into the world of Alice in Wonderland.
