A school bus driver with 35 children on her bus was drunk when she sideswiped a telephone pole Monday morning in Westchester County, State Police said. Mary Coletti , 56, of Cortlandt Manor was charged following an investigation of the collision in the Town of Cortlandt, troopers said.
