During the investigation, which occurred the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 6, one of the drivers, now identified as Ivey Levy, 46, was found to be in possession of an allegedly suspended New York State driver's license, police report. Levy was transported to the hospital by EMS, but later surrendered to Yorktown Police Headquarters to be processed, according to officials.
