Dyckoff was on a small floating device in the lake when he shouted for help before plunging under the water in the lake. Rescue operations continued for hours following his cry for help, which occurred around 2 p.m. According to his Linkedin page, Dyckoff worked at the Dunkin Donuts in Shop Rite in Cortlandt Manor.
