4 from NY among 32 Americans named as Rhodes Scholars

The recipients were picked from almost 900 applicants, and receive scholarships covering all expenses for two or three years of post-graduate study at Oxford University in England. The New York residents are Maia Silber of Cortlandt Manor, New York, a senior at Harvard University, and three New York City residents - Nancy Ko, a senior at Harvard; Sarah Waltcher, a 2016 graduate of Dartmouth University, and Noah Remnick, a 2015 graduate of Yale University.
