Victor J. Delprete, Jr., a resident of Cortlandt Manor and formerly of Ossining died on May 16 at the age of 63. Delprete was born in Bronxville on Feb. 18, 1954, and was the son of the late Victor and Mary Delprete. Memorial visiting hours will be held Wednesday May 31, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, June 1, at 11:15 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, Ossining.

Man Driving Erratically In Yorktown Was Drunk, Police Say
A Cortlandt Manor motorist was arrested in Yorktown with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit after being stopped on Saw Mill River Road for driving erratically. At approximately 11:10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, officers on routine patrol in Yorktown reported that they observed a vehicle being operated erratically with no headlights, crossing the double yellow lines.
