A Cortlandt Manor motorist was arrested in Yorktown with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit after being stopped on Saw Mill River Road for driving erratically. At approximately 11:10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, officers on routine patrol in Yorktown reported that they observed a vehicle being operated erratically with no headlights, crossing the double yellow lines.
