Yorktown police have charged a 47-year-old resident of Cortlandt Manor with assault, following a car accident that reportedly led to a physical altercation. Yorktown police were dispatched to investigate a reported motor vehicle accident in which an uninvolved motorist was allegedly punched in the face on Monday, May 2, at approximately 6:08 p.m., according to officials.
