Wiemer was born Dec. 16, 1924, to Dominick and Anna Halyczky Gojlik, in Yonkers, where she was raised and educated. Wiemer is survived by her son, John Wiemer of Mohegan Lake; daughters, Linda Van Dam of Newtown, Conn., and Lorraine Miro of Cortlandt Manor; and a grandson.
