CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. The New York-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital is hosting its Healthy Heart Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the main lobby from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Wellness Club will conduct body fat analyses and demonstrate the Feldenkrais method, a body system that aims to reduce pain and limitations in movement. Furthermore, EMS coordinator Justin Costable will discuss the symptoms of heart attack and stroke, and a cardiologist will be available to answer questions about heart health.
