A 38-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident was killed Monday night in a hit-and-run accident in Marble Hill in New York City. Daniel Cabrera, who lives on Frederick Street, was attempting to cross the street at 6:58 p.m. at 225th St. and Broadway when he was struck by a vehicle heading southbound on Broadway, according to Detective Annette Markowski.
