On Tuesday, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested 31-year-old Ryan M. Schuka, of Cortlandt Manor, for driving while ability impaired by drugs, a Class D Felony. Troopers were dispatched to assist a disabled vehicle located on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of Yorktown.
