A 10-year-old Cortlandt Manor boy was charged with juvenile delinquency for the unlawful possession of a weapon on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Yorktown police report. The boy, whose name is being withheld, was arrested after staff members at Ben Franklin Elementary School reported a student in possession of a possible BB gun, according to Yorktown police.
