Stacey Petrower, a senior leader in health care operations for more than 20 years, has joined NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital as chief operating officer. Petrower will be responsible for the overall operations at the Cortlandt Manor campus as well as its satellite locations in Croton and Cold Spring.
