The Croton design firm Hudson Valley Graphic Design has created hundreds of brands for local businesses for the past 20 years, but this summer the team had the task of creating a logo and mascot for an old-fashioned ice cream stand. Westchester residents can't miss the tiny standalone soft serve ice cream shop -- which has black cow spots and a bright pink awning -- as they drive by on Route 202 in Cortlandt Manor.
