Two Cortlandt Manor teenagers are facing criminal mischief charges after Putnam County Sheriff's deputies connected them to recent spray-painted graffiti on an Indian Brook Road bridge, police said. John D. Darling, 18, and Kevin L. Dyckman, 17, are being held at the Putnam County Correctional Facility pending arraignment, police said.
