A Cortlandt Manor woman is facing several charges after Yorktown police say she drove while drunk and then fled the scene of a two-car crash. April J. O'Connor, 25, was arrested around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, after getting into an accident in the area of Route 6 and Lee Boulevard, police said.
