Cortland Manor musician Joe Duraes will release his latest single, a cover of 'Pleasant Valley Sunday,' as a digital download on Tuesday. The Carole King-Gerry Goffin composition was written as a satirical take on the married couple's suburban life in 1966, and was recorded by the Monkees in 1967, becoming one of the most successful songs in the band's history.
