Augustine A. Balascio, 74, Formerly Of Cortlandt Manor

Balascio was born in the Bronx on Dec. 12, 1940, to Anthony and Catherine Balascio. He was a veteran of the U.S, Army. He married Ann Ferri on Nov. 3, 1963. He worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company until his retirement in 1992.
