CORTLANDT, N.Y. The Cortlandt Community Coalition is presenting a free training seminar on how to use Narcan to try to save the life of an opiate/heroin overdose victim Monday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m. at the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room, 1 Heady St., Cortlandt Manor. The free session will be administered by trained personnel.
