YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Vincent McMorrow, a Cortlandt Manor resident, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to Yorktown police. Police said that an officer was on routine patrol on Route 202 when he observed a vehicle that had tinted windows, in violation of state law.
