Cortlandt Manor Man Charged With Menacing Good Samaritan, Police Say

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged a 21-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident for menacing in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and resisting arrest as a result of an incident on Sunday, April 26. Troopers were dispatched to a domestic incident that occurred in the parking area of Mavis Discount Tire, police said. Investigation revealed that Vincent M. McMorrow was arguing with a female party and was approached by several Good Samaritans, concerned for her welfare, according to police.
