The municipalities of the Town of Cortlandt and the villages of Buchanan and Croton-on-Hudson, in conjunction with the Task Force for the Buchanan CortlandtCroton-on-Hudson 9/11 Remembrance Memorial, will hold a dedication ceremony at 5 p.m. on Sept. 11 at Croton Landing in Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y. The Memorial -- Reaching Through The Shadow -- is now complete and will be formally transferred from the BCC 9/11 Task Force to the three municipalities.
