CORTLANDT, N.Y. Zachary Selinger of Cortlandt Manor and Leo Cummings of Shrub Oak were part of the Quad State Seminoles baseball team that won the 2014 Cooperstown Classic Championship. For 13 weeks over the summer, 12-year-old baseball players from the United States and Canada take part in a 104-team tournament in Cooperstown, N.Y., that features some of the best baseball players in youth baseball, culminating in the Cooperstown Classic.
