Police Arrest a Cortlandt Man Who Said $2000 had Been Stolen from His Bank Account

The New York State Police at Cortlandt announce the arrest of a 30-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident who was charged with one count each of Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree and Making a Punishable False Written Statement, both misdemeanors. It is alleged that the man falsely reported to the State Police that he was the victim of an identity theft/grand larceny.
