Manjit S. Dhillon, a Cortlandt Manor resident, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation, speed zone in traffic and an uninspected motor vehicle by Yorktown police on Sunday, Sept. 7. Dhillon was stopped by police after he was going 64 mph in a 45 mph speed zone along Route 6, according to police.
