Tamara Carter, a Cortlandt Manor mother, claims her son Brandon Rodriguez has caught a mysterious illness while incarcerated at the Westchester County Jail, according to a report by News 12 Westchester. Rodriguez was arrested in August on an outstanding warrant and less than a week after he was incarcerated, Carter claims her son contracted a mysterious illness, repeatedly throwing up, complaining of headaches and losing 20 pounds in two weeks, News 12 reported.
