Tamara Carter claims Westchester County Jail neglected son Brandon Rodriguez when he fell ill

A Cortlandt Manor mother says her son contracted a mysterious illness while he was incarcerated at the Westchester County Jail. Tamara Carter's 18-year-old son Brandon Rodriguez was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the end of August.
