Two men have been charged with stealing numerous power tools from the shelves of Home Depot on Main Street in Cortlandt Manor, according to New York State Police. Ryan S. McNamee, a 38-year-old Wappinger Falls resident, and Michael Horowitz, a 23-year-old Beacon resident, are facing the charges.
