YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Christopher J. Lussier-Federighi, a 19-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, was arrested on Friday after being accused of possessing marijuana and cocaine, according to Yorktown police. Police said an officer was on routine patrol when he observed a 1993 Pontiac traveling eastbound on Route 6 failing to maintain a lane.
